Sandro Polledri, Partner in the firm’s Newark, New Jersey office, is a member of the firm's Employment Law & Litigation Pracitce Group.
Mr. Polledri practices primarily in the areas of employment law, labor law and employment and commercial litigation. Mr. Polledri has received his Civil Trial Attorney Certification from the New Jersey Supreme Court, and has extensive experience as a trial attorney, handling jury trials, bench trials, administrative proceedings and arbitration hearings.
Mr. Polledri is the editor of HR Specialist: New Jersey Employment Law, a monthly newsletter which provides information and guidance to human resource professionals on emerging employment and labor law issues. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Essex County Bar Association, and served as Vice Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Committee of the Essex County Bar Association. Mr. Polledri is also a past member of the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court. In 2010, he was recognized in New Jersey Monthly Magazine by Super Lawyers in Employment and Labor Law.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Polledri served as Deputy Attorney General, State of New Jersey from 1989 to 1993.
Mr. Polledri received his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Montclair State College in 1978.
