Ralph J. Salerno, Counsel in the firm’s Newark, New Jersey office, is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate, Redevelopment & Environmental Law Practice Group.

Mr. Salerno is an expert in land use and real estate law.  Over several decades of practice in this field, Mr. Salerno has handled major residential and commercial development matters for a wide range of New Jersey’s most prominent real estate developers.

In December of 2008, Mr. Salerno was named to the New Jersey Real Estate Advisory Board.  This Board worked closely with the Governor's Office of Economic Growth as well as other State Departments to encourage economic development and revitalization across the state.

Mr. Salerno has served in many capacities as the municipal and planning board attorney to many public entities.

He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1966, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami in 1961.
