James Bucci, Partner in the firm’s Camden, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania offices, is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation, Employment Law & Litigation and Labor Law Practice Groups.
His practice specifically involves the representation of management in all types of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination litigation, family and medical leave, the Fair Labor Standards Act and overtime exemptions, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, breach of contract, and public and private sector collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges and grievance arbitrations. Mr. Bucci also advises employers on a wide range of human resource issues, including the drafting of handbooks, employment contracts, restrictive covenants and severance agreements.
Mr. Bucci is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Camden Partnership. He also is a member of the Haddonfield, New Jersey, Planning Board and its Environmental Commission and serves on the New Jersey Fee Arbitration Committee for District IV.
He was named a 2008 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for Employment and Labor Law.
Mr. Bucci received a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law in 1991, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Temple Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Dickinson College in 1988.
