Eric W. Ruden Associate in the Newark, New Jersey office, is a member of the Labor Law Practice Group.
Mr. Ruden concentrates his practice in labor and employment matters representing management clients in both the private and public sector. He has regularly appeared before the New Jersey Superior Court, administrative agencies, and in arbitration hearings. Mr. Ruden counsels employers on a variety of issues including the FLSA, New Jersey Wage and Hour Law, NLRA, ADEA, ADA, COBRA, WARN, and the New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act. He has represented management in unfair labor practice proceedings, FLSA collective actions, interest arbitrations, and grievance arbitrations.
Mr. Ruden received his degree of Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2008 and was a member of the International Law Journal. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in Political Science from Rutgers University – New Brunswick in 2005.
Mr. Ruden is a member of the American Bar Association.
