Jordana S. Elrom, Associate in the firm's Newark, New Jersey and New York offices, is a member of the Business Law & Commercial Transactions Practice Group. 
 

Ms. Elrom earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cordozo School of Law in 2002 and her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Boston University in 1998.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Reed Smith LLP in New York.
