Brian W. Kronick, Partner in the firm’s Newark, New Jersey office, is a member of the Labor Law Practice Group.
Mr. Kronick practices exclusively Labor & Employment Law.
Mr. Kronick received his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University Law School where he served on the Editorial Board of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.
Since 2007, Mr. Kronick has been recognized annually in New York Magazine’s list of Best Labor and Employment Lawyers. He was also recognized by Corporate Counsel as a Top Labor and Employment Lawyer.
Mr. Kronick has represented numerous public and private sector clients in labor negotiations, shared services agreements, grievance hearings, disciplinary hearings, disability hearings, arbitrations, PERC proceedings, NLRB proceedings and matters before the New Jersey Superior Court, the New Jersey Appellate Division, and the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. Kronick serves as labor counsel to the New Jersey Association of Counties and the New Jersey League of Municipalities, and has appeared before the Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors and New Jersey Privatization Task Force.
Mr. Kronick is a member of the Executive Board of the Labor and Employment Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and a member of the Program Committee for the NLRB Labor Law Symposium.
Mr. Kronick is a member of the Board of Directors for the Community Food Bank of New Jersey and Maccabi USA / Sports for Israel.
